Custom made Titanium Deep Carry Clip for Rick Hinderer Knives XM-18 3" & 3.5" and Hinderer Eklipse. They are made of 6al-4v titanium. (Listing is for the Clip Only, knife is not included).
The clip comes with a filler tab, use the filler tab under the clip to install the clip.

I actually used it on a Medford slim midi,excellent quality and fit, just had to get two small nuts to fit the screws that came with it.
Love that it is deep carry, retention could be a little better but easy enough to correct.
